Is it ever too soon to start using anti-ageing/anti-wrinkle skin care products?

I'm a 24 year old, non-smoking female with no real noticeable lines. I was wondering if I started using an anti-wrinkle face cream now, would I delay the first signs of ageing...Or is this only useful once the lines are present?
Many anti aging products and treatments and many moisturizers are skin harming, skin aging and pose health hazards(check with a Google). In France they have pulled many products from market because of cancer causing concerns. I have had really dramatic benefits from using only essential oils but found that what is more important is how they are used and for what purpose. I find that many of us believe just applying oils, cremes, etc. to skin are going to have dramatic effect and skin product makers have you think that too. Even essential oils are only beneficial if properly massaged into skin. Massage can totally transform a sick, blemish plagued skin into a radiant, glowing, totally flawless, healthy skin in a very short time - and if used properly they can stop skin aging and actually reverse any damage. Face muscles, like any muscles, if not exercised or conditioned, weaken and face will sag, skin loses its tightness and lines and wrinkles form. Massaging does the exercising. Use it now! Like anything, prevention is the key. You don't need a over the top one for old ladies, but there are lots of great options (Go to Sephora or Nordstrom and ask for help). Remember the sunscreen.

Good skin care is something everyone should practice. It will definitely help you look your best and can delay wrinkles, age spots, etc... and it's important to use a good SPF lotion everyday to prevent skin cancer and aging. The sun is the #1 ager of our skin.

Try the Philosophy skin care line. I love "When Hope is Not Enough" it really works. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for when it comes to skin care.

Hey Melissa! I am 23 too and I am already looking at anti-wrinkle creams so I can preserve myself and age beautifully. But you have to do more than just use anti wrinkle cream, so here is what I do to take care of myself.
- I use a sunblock of no less then Spf 70 on my face and spf 50 for my body.
- I carry a parasol to also help block the sunlight since the sun is quite damaging to the skin.
- I take women's one a day vitamins and vitamin E everyday.
- I avoid sodas and drink mostly water, juice, or tea.
- I wash my face with ponds cold cream
- After I wash my face I use Borie cream to moisturize
- i also use an anti wrinkle firming eye cream twice a day since your eyes are the first to show signs of aging.
- Be sure to wear your sunglasses always to protect your eyes from the suns rays.
