How do you like it? Do you notice a difference in your skin?

Hi,
I started developing pretty bad facial wrinkles after I crossed 35. I was pretty upset about it as I really didn't whink my skin would start degrading in my 30s. I tried altering my diet, took a lot of dark coloured vegetables such as beetroot and tomatoes as these were supposed to be good for wrinkles and also drank plenty of water. It didn't really work though and my Doctor had even suggested that I go for a Debrassion treatment to fade out my wrinkles. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed that she got rid of her wrinkles using a particular anti-wrinkle product. I tried it and it worked really well. Within 4 weeks my wrinkles had faded out and were barely visible. Really good stuff. You can read more about the lady's article at the link below.

my friend told me that banana is a good anti-wrinkle treatment. is she right???

My husband has a lot more wrinkles than I do because he works out in the sun (construction) everyday. He found ONLY one product helped him with his facial wrinkles which he uses only 2-3 times a week. This lady hooked us up - maybe she can help you, too.

Only do Microdermabrasion every 2 months, otherwise you will strip the skin of its natural oils. The best non surgical anti treatment is probably using skin creams and serums such as Eve Lom, Elemis or Clarins and Decleor because they contain pro collagen products and antioxidants as well as other skin tightening treatments.. Drink plenty of water this will improve the texture of your skin. Microdermabrasion will help fine lines but its probably best to treat your skin from within, try eating pomegranates and nuts and seeds as well as fish oil. Try using a collagen plant gel.

I am in my mid-twenties and would like to take action towards preventing future wrinkles and i think now is the time to start....only i don't know where to begin! every brand is touting a different 'magical' ingredient that is supposed to be 'the best'. i really just want something simple, effective, and that won't break the bank! Anyone have a suggestion?
