Crystal Rock Deodorant
you can get it at a health food store. I use it. You can get it Hard, (you put water on it, and then put it on) liquid spray, or liquid roll on.

The Thai crystal works for me on all but the hottest days. A few online retailers carry it, as does my local Whole Foods.

Since you don't seem to need an anti-perspirant why not just try baking soda! For starters you've most likely got some around the house anyway<g>. If not, a tiny box from the grocer is usually under 50 cents and is enough for months and months. You just dust a little under your arms to use it (duh<g>) and it makes your underarms too alkaline for smelly bacteria to grow (it's not sweat that stinks, it's the bugs that eat it).
I've never had baking soda damage clothing like 'real' deodorants and anti-perspirants do either.
If you stuff a whole vanilla bean into the box the powder picks up that scent and transfers it to you. A drop or two of essential oil mixed into the powder works just as well. As a bonus that same scented baking soda can be used as a flavored toothpaste!
Vanilla is quite commonly used to mask odors also! Any vanilla extract that uses an alcohol base works as a deodorant. The alcohol kills the smelly bacteria and obviously leaves you with a hint of vanilla aroma. Dilute the vanilla extract and you've got mouthwash (another bonus tip).
The rock salt crystals that so many folks are recommending do work, but a cheaper way to do the same thing is to put some regular table salt on a damp washcloth (salt also kills the smelly bacteria). If you don't like the 'scratchiness' of table salt you can use a water softener pellet since those are just a big lump of salt!
No matter which route you go, just keep in mind that it takes a few days for these methods to really kick in.

Don't be a dirty hippie. Go purchase some right guard.
If you think you smell better without deodorant it's all in your head, ask the people that have to smell you.

I've tried a few and the best thus far is "Kiss My Face" Liquid Rock in Lavender scent. It's basically the salt crystal liquefied in a roll on. And the lavender oil in it is a natural anti-bacterial. It doesn't get rid of the sweating as it is only a deodorant, but it does take care of smells.

What stores have shea butter and natural deodorant?
Aug 06, 2008 by Rosie | Posted in Other - Skin & Body
I want to get these, but I don't want to go out of the way. Do they have them at walmart or target? What about stores at the mall, the Antelope Valley mall in california to be more specific.? How much do they generally cost. If you're confused about the "natural deodorant" I just mean the stuff that's made with mainly natural ingredients and not with chemicals that cause health problems.
Can you get pure sheabutter at the health food store?
Really your best bet is a health food or organic food grocery store, like Whole Foods or Trader Joe's. I've seen Tom's of Maine deodorant at WalMart & Target before, but I'm not sure if you'll be able to find shea butter there.

Can you recommend a good natural deodorant?
Jun 22, 2006 by Katherine the Celt | Posted in Tattoos
I want to try a deodorant that doesn't have aluminum. I've tried Tom's of Maine Unscented Long-Lasting Deodorant, but it irritated my skin. If you can recommend a natural deodorant, what are the ingredients that make it effective?
Thanks in advance for all the answers.
Try Avalon Organics. They make all natural organic deodorant. That's what I use, and it works great. And it has no aluminum or chemicals. They have Lavender, Lemon, Peppermint, Rosemary, and Wild Yam scents.
