when are u supposed to use one? b4 mascara? after? when it's wet? dry? i have no clue
I always use it after i have applied mascara, to help with clumps. Use it while your mascara is still wet, otherwise it will hurt to run it thru your lashes.

I use it before for no clumps. It can be wet or dry but you can use it after you put the mascara on too but I do it before and after.

i would do it before to avoid mascara clumping. then after when it has dried to enable a second coat. if you brush it when it is dry it will take a bit off but that is good as it will mean the second coat defines your lashes more. audrey hepburn used to seperate them with a needle - wouldn't recommend that though!

You can use one before and after applying mascara. It's best to use it while its wet because then they wont clump when they dry.

b4 u put on ur mascara it prevents clups and makes ur lashed look fuller.

well dont use it before cuz ur not doin anything it wont help the lashes after so do it after u put on mascara oh and only put on 3 coats so u wont pull your lashes out wen ur coming them kthnxbi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm looking for a metal eyelash comb because a Make-up artist yesterday informed me they USE to sell metal eyelash combs but they don't anymore. She told me the brand but i forget. But im sure its at another shoppers drug mart. I live in CANADA not the US..CANADA so i don't have target. Does anyone kno any brand that sells metal eyelash combs and where to get them?Thxx.
Well, I've got this nifty folding eyelash comb (with metal teeth)/eyebrow brush that I got at Fred Meyer. I'm not too sure if you have Fred Meyer in Canada though, as I'm an Aussie girl who lived in Alaska for a few years. But check out the makeup section of a department store - they might have them!

and, does a small amount of white eyeshadow really make your eyes look more radiant?
first you put mascara on your lashes then you comb them with your comb
yes if you put on white/light yellow eyeshadow on it makes your eyes glow under the sun

Yea, you could, but I have a better option. When you finish a tube of mascara, take out the lid with the brush, soak it in warm water to get out the goop, and then let the brush dry. It works very well. I dont like using mascara, so i just wet the brush and use it on my lashes when im going out. You can use it on your eye brows too. =)
