I want my eyelashes to curl but they won't. I use an eylash curler then mascara but it only stays urled for about 10 min. Do heated eyelash curlers work much better?
yes, blast the curler with your hairdryer for about 5-7 seconds. Always make sure to touch it and make sure its not to hot before you put it near your lashes though (personal experience). It will make the lashes curl better and last longer. Then, put mascara on immediatley after you curl them.

eye lsh curler is the best thing to curl ur lashes
IceBabe | Nov 05, 2006
Yes heated eyelash curlers do work well. It works because the heat from the curler makes your lashes stay curled longer, kinda like a permanent.
Tip: If you run your eyelash curler under hot water for around 20 seconds and then apply the lash curler to your lashes it works in the same way as a heated eyelash curler.

From experience I would not use a heated eyelash curler. What I do is I put petroleum jelly on my eyelashes first then I use the eyelash curler. On me it also stays curled longer.

NEVER use a heated eyelash curler, it is damaging and dangerous. Stick to your basic curler. Maybe you are not doing it right. Is the little plastic insert for the curler CLEAN? If not, you need to start cleaning it, after every time you use it. When you are using your eyelash curler, hold it down very tightly, as close to your lashline as possible, and hold it down for 15 seconds. Use a mascara with a curled brush, and it will enhance the curl even more. Use 2 thin coats of mascara while it is still wet. Let it dry. If it looks clumpy, use a little comb to seperate the lashes. If you really want to seal the curl, use one coat of clear mascara.

i put on mascara on first so since its like wet from the mascara, i curl them right away and put on the mascara again. it lasts long for me. also get a good mascara that won`t clump ur lashes and with make them look longer and fuller.
i don`t know about the heated eyelash curler it might damage ur eyelashes.
good luck!

What is the right way to use eyelash curler?
Jan 16, 2009 by bahla | Posted in Makeup
i just bought an eyelash curler. But i have some difficulties getting it to curl all my eyelashes.
The contour of the curler just doesnt fit my eye. I can only managed to get like perhaps the middle part of my eyelash, awkwardly. I said awkwardly because the curler is lk able to touch my cheeks and like gona poke into my eyeball.
Is it because im using it wrongly or its just the curler?
You might just be doing it wrong. Here is a helpful video that'll show you how to curl your eye lashes correctly. Trust me, you need to watch it. Many people are curling their lashes incorrectly and that leads them to lose their eyelashes because they keep trying to overdo it.
The person in the video is a pro makeup artist and gives a lot of great tips

Parenting Perspectives: Help! My children are addicted to infomercials
09.09.10
I have those friends who ban box from their homes.
I am not one of them.
Rather, I have always believed a nourishing amount of television is in truth beneficial for children. When my kids were little, they accomplished a lot from “Sesame Byway someone's cup of tea,” Pipe and Dora. Even now, I’ve seen the eerie benefits of the programming on Nickelodeon and the Disney Approach.
But my family has a TV maladjusted, and it’s not with the programming.
My children suffer from a contingency known as “outstanding infomercial sympathy.” While general children can keep “meagre-time offers” and “affluent-back guarantees,” my children are defenseless. And it’s affecting our familiar lives.
The other day, my 5-year-old was watching me do laundry when she asked
if I was flourishing to add
Oxi-Clean to the pile. She was like a bantam blond Billy Mays opportunely in my own basement.
It’s not ethical Oxi-Clean. My seldom pitch girls have already convinced us to buy Snuggies, those silly blankets with sleeves (which I pleasure, by the way). And they begged my hubby and me to buy “Big Big apple Sliders,” the minor pan that makes Hoary Castle-like burgers.
We also by a hair's breadth bought a “Come and Brush.” The outcome promises organized and easy dispensing of toothpaste. Since I’m weary of of scraping dried neon pink globs of Disney Princess toothpaste off my settle basin it seemed like an OK raison d'etre. (Given the resistance of the princess toothpaste, I’ve often wondered if we could use it to caulk around the tub). The contrivance is on the wall. The globs are still in the descend.
