Do eyelashes grow back after prolonged lash extensions?
My mom had her eye lash extensions for two years and when she took them off, 50% of her natural eye lashes were left. Will her lashes grow back to original quantity and length? if so, for how long? please give sources and remedies if you know some.
Yes they will grow back. The reason I know this is because when my cousin was young, she plucked out every one of her eyelashes, just like people pluck their eyebrows. She figured they would grow in longer and thicker. I don't know if they grew in thicker but they did grow back.

When applying fake eyelashes, do you put the false lash on your actual eyelid or on your eyelash?
On some directions it says to put the false lash as close to your lash as possible, but still describe it as being on your lid and on others, they say put it on the lash itself.
Where exactly do you put it?

Using a tweezer, dip the base end of the lashes into the glue, then place the lashes as close to the baseline of your own as you can, filling in wherever you want the greatest impact (generally, the mid to outer lashes look fabulous in false lashes). Press gently, but firmly with something blunt. Hold the lash in place for about 5 seconds until the glue has a chance to hold.
Let the glue dry, and then apply a dark eyeliner to camouflage the line of the fake lashes and then apply your mascara. The mascara will help blend your own lashes with the fake ones, and make your eyes look fuller and larger.
