Glitter eyeshadow?
I'm in a flag corp and we need extreme glitter eyeshadow can anyone tell me wherre to find some that's super glittery but still cheap?

Loose glitter from Claire's is the best. what you can do is buy stick-concealer and put it where you want the glitter then sort of blot the glitter on. It works very well and stays on well too.
I got this glitter at claires that is accually eyeshadow and then there is this pack with mascara and ect and it came with silver liquid eyeliner that is really really pretty and the total was like 14 bucks with all the other stuff that I bought!
claires is great but if you need just cheep glittery eyeshadow, wet and wild has a loose glitter that is only like 1.89 or so. just use a lotion or a foundation then BLOT the glitter on, if you wipe it on it will become cakey looking make sure after you apply it you close your eyes and have someone blow the excess off so that you don't end up with burning eyes from the glitter, or go to claires or Hot topic and get the glitter sticks they work great as well
How do you put glitter eyeshadow on without getting it everywhere?
I recently invested in some pretty eye shadows most of which are quite high pigment and glittery. I really like them but I am having trouble applying them without ending up with glitter all over my face. So my question is how can I put glittery eyeshadow on my eyelids without getting it all over my face?????
apply it wet :) with water, or vasaline, but it tends to crease with the vasaline(builds up in the folds of your eyes) i recomend buying a base,it works wonders is you pay the bit of money (more info on ones i recomend further down),
and under you eyes get a loose powder or whatever u have in powder form for your face, and put it there to catch any fall out, and when your finished brush it off

you need a good base, urban decal primer potion is about 6 to 8 pound in any large boots stores :)
or benefit, Lemon-Aid is a primer(base) so get buying, :) ALSO if you like normal eyeshadows and wear eyeshadow alot, then with a primer(base) they will be brighter, and last alot longer on your eyes.
also a good makeup brush helps, a fuffy but firm brush can help, i loveeeeeee the GOSH brushes, but thier pretty pricy :)
its worth it tho they last forever if you take care of them :)

Can you use glitter and eyeshadow with polymer clay?
Um, was just wondering if you can mix glitter and eyeshadow with polymer clay? I was making white angel wings and I mixed some shimmery eyeshadow powder and some glitter into it...but I haven't put it in the oven yet as I am afaid it may blow up or something...lol..please help!
Totally! I've done that before cause I'm way to cheap to buy those blending powders. Just don't add too much eyeshadow cause the oils mess up the polymers. If you really want shimmer, brush the eyeshadow on with a soft paint brush after you're done sculpting before you bake, then you get all the shimmer you want on the outside without wasting anything on the inside where it won't be seen.
As for the glitter, I've added goobs of loose eye glitter (the kind that like 12 year girls wear to like boy band concerts lol) to clay with no problem.
How do you keep eyeshadow with glitter on your eyelids and the glitter off your cheeks?
I love some of the eyeshadows out today - Kat VonD especially at Sephora - but an hour later the glitter is everywhere but on my eyelids... I use a eyeshadow primer too... What can I do?

Unfortunately, a lot of glittery shadows have this problem. Your best bet is to stay away from glitter. But if you really want to be able to wear the ones you have, try these tips:
- Always wear an eyeshadow primer, such as Mac Paint Pots or Urban Decay's 24/7, as this will help adhere to shadow to the lid.
- Try using a mixing medium. Glycerin can be purchased at your local drugstore (ask a worker if they have it). Mac makes mixing mediums, but they can only be purchase at Mac Pro. Mix a tiny drop with your shadow, and it instantly becomes more of a creamy texture versus dry and flaky. This is how Mac artists get loose glitter and pigments to stay put.
- Another trick Mac artist use is using a eyeliner pencil in a similar color, applying it all over the lid (or wherever you want your eyeshadow to be) and then applying the shadow on top. It will give the color and extra punch, and the glitter will stick to the creamy pencil texture. This will also help you use less product which means less fallout.
- Moisturize your eyelids. I know it sounds dumb, but if your eyelids are dry, even with primer, the shadows will flake off.
- Do you eyes FIRST. I have a similar problem, and what I do in the morning is apply all the upper eye makeup first, such as primer, eyeshadow, liner, etc. Blink really fast a few times. Wipe any fallout from under your eyes with a makeup removing towelette. Apply concealer to the under eye area, and if you need to apply any shadows or liner on the lower lids, do it now. Sweep a clean brush under the eyes to wipe away any additional fallout, then continue with your face primer, foundation, finishing powder, etc.

I was watching "search for the next pussycat doll" and they would do all the girls makeup. I loved how the eyeshadow was very glittery. Does anyone know howto do it and what products to buy?
I am begging you to not wear glittery eyeshadow. Begging. The Pussycat Dolls prance around onstange looking rather tramp-like, and you don't want that, do you? Please...
