Tokidoki for Smashbox eyeshadow quads - are they highly pigmented?
compare them to Mac shadows or any other brand please
Smash box, Mac and Nars are the best pigments in eyeshadows. Second comes Too Faced.
I have noticed that the more powder versus liquid there is in shadow the more pigmentation it has.
What type of eyeshadow is better?
Mine never stays on. I have thought of using a primer. Which one do you think stays on better: powder, liquid, gel...ect? What about bare escencuals eyeshadow? Smashbox? Stila smudge pots?
powder stays on the best, but whatever kind you use, you should put foundation and powder over your eyelids first. if you do use a liquid, set it powder again once its on.
Should i buy mac carbon eyeshadow or blacktrack fluidline?
I only have 20 dollars and im trying to get into black eyeshadow and the smokey eye look. So far the only eyeshadow item i own is smashbox's twilight trio with a black, silver, and white. but they're weird.
theyre both mac
If anything try to buy both if you can because if your trying to get into the black eyeshadow and smokey eye look, you'll need carbon for the eyeshadow for the smokey eye and the fluidline for the liner for top and bottom and the fluidline lasts a long time so thats a plus..
You should also try to invest in "Dark Soul" pigment because it can do both! You could use it to be an eyeshadow for the smokey eye look and can be mixed with mixing medium, matte, or even water to be used as an eyeliner! AND pigment is also $19.50 so its still under the $20 you have!
Hope I helped a little :)
Does it matter which eyeshadow?
Normally I prefer natural/mineral makeup (I have very ridiculously sensitive skin, it runs in my family), but I can't find any mineral eye shadows in colors I want. Does it matter what shadows I use? I used to use Smashbox eyeshadow and that made my eyes itch and the skin turn red, but the color was very nice.
Any recommendations on shadow brands?
Where can I get good black eyeshadow?
Like really dark, non shiny, black eyeshadow that lasts for quite a while before I have to re-apply it, and for hopefully not much more than $15? Because the crap that im using really isin't working out all that well.
also i already know about
-MAC
-SmashBox
I just want to give other things a try.
&& no MAC and SmashBox arent the "crap" im using, the stuff that im currently stuck with is a really light meticallac black almost dark grey from walmart.
Links to websites would be much appreciated.
Please no Hot Topic crap i've tried it and it is REALLY bad quality and i had and allergic reaction to it. :/

in the eye dusts section.
I use MAC fluidline in Blacktrack underneath my black eyeshadows, as well as primer, it really helps.
