How do you make your hair not stick up after using your hair straightener?
When i use my hair straightener my short little hairs stick up straight and it looks REALLY weird. How do you prevent that ?
I just use some water.. if i have to, ill let it sit in a bobby pin for a couple min.. otherwise spend the money on hair wax or hairspray that doesnt make your hair hard.. (only use a tiny bit of hair wax)
it takes away most of them
not all of them
if you notice a lot of other girls have that problem too
or just use a lil bit of your hand grease. haha.
hairspray works too. again, use your hand to hold it down til it dries
Why does my hair stick up when I rub a Balloon on it, and why then does the balloon stick to the wall?
I need help understanding this concept.
I kind of understand that when your hair which is Negatively charged makes contact with the balloon, the electrons transfer to the balloon and which causes your hair to become positively charged. So since your hair is positively charged and the balloon is now positively charged they attract.
Now this is what I don't get:
Then when you stick the balloon onto the wall it sticks. But how is this? I thought the wall was neutral. And what does this all have to do with "Induction"?
Thanks in advance.
To start out, your hair, the balloon, and the wall are all neutral. When you rub the balloon on your hair, the difference between those two materials causes electrons to be rubbed off in one direction. Now a charge difference develops between the balloon and the hair. Since the balloon is charged, there is also a difference between it and the wall, even though the wall is neutral. The difference isn't as great as between the balloon and the hair, though. Whenever there is a difference in charge, there will be an attraction.
How can I make my hair stick thin?
My hair is very thick. I've tried straighteners and hair cream, but my hair is still thick. How on earth ccan I make my hair stick thin?
Dye your hair, perm it, treat it with as many chemicals as possible. This will eventually lead to hair thinning.
How come when cats lick themselves, hair doesn't stick to theirr tounges?
It seems like my cats hair sticks to everything but his tongue! I know cats have a "rough" tongue but is there something else special that makes the hair not stick when a cat cleans its self?
I've always wondered this, thanks!
My cat doesnt have hair ball problems.. so that does make sense.
Ew I couldnt imagine swallowing cat hair.
I have 5 cats. Hair does stick. If you have ever seen or heard a cat cough up a fur ball, you would know it. Yuck!
How can I make my hair stick straight?
my hair is super duper thick
i've tried straighteners but they don't work
i've tried cream but they don't work
i've tried everything but they don't work
besides going to a stupid salon, how can i make my hair stick straight? and frizz free?
Well I have thick fine hair.
(basicly like baby hair, only a whole lot of it so its thick)
And I put the 1st layer up, and then spray stuff on it 2 make it not damage it and make less friz and all that good stuff, and straughten all of that in small sections.
And then let the top half down and do it.
Its not hard for me.
