how much does it cost to get prescriptives makeup custom blended?
I got it once, it was about $40.00...but they did a terrible job. They gave me an orangy color that was way too dark for my skin. So beware.

It is about $40 and if you don't like the color let them know and they will make a new one for you (at least if your getting it in Macys) I have had it done and it was perfect for my skin, as I got lighter in the winter and darker in the summer I took it in to have them lighten it or darken it and it worked great!
I would try it out if you are having a hard time finding a matching foundation, you can always return it :D

i am not sire exactly how much it coste, probably around 50 dollars. prescriptives is amazing so i am sure that the splurge will be well worth it.

I was thinking about trying it.....because alot of make up is harsh on me and not the right tone
I love the quality of the makeup. I used to use their skin line but it was not popular and it was expensive compared to drugstore brands. I would buy their foundations in a heart beat but for skin line, I would go for Olay, which is much less expensive and very effective-

So I've heard that they can make foundation, concealer etc in your own personal shade as they determine your skins undertone. Has anyone used this before? I've found out the nearest store to me but I'm just wondering if it will be worth it?

Not only will they blend the perfect colour for you but you can also choose the type of finish and coverage that you'd like, as well as adjusting for oil control, moisturizing, firming and brightening. The service costs from around £38, and your personal 'recipe' will be kept on file so that the next time you go back they can blend your colour straight away.And as well as foundation they can also create your own shade of lip gloss, concealer and tinted moisturizer.
