Sephora makeup?

have you ever used the sephora brand of concealor? does it work well, i hate having makeup that looks all cakey and blotchy.

I use the Sephora Cooling Cover Stick and I love it. I use it under my eyes and when I get a zit or something. If you go to Makeup Alley.com and look up the concealers you were thinking of trying out. I was going to get the Full Coverage Camera Ready Concealer (forget if is by sephora, I think its by smashbox) or the Cooling Cover Stick .. but the cover stick had higher reviews so I decided to try that.

To make it look cakey and blotchy make sure you Cleanse, Tone (only if you are oily - not really for dry skin) and then Moisturize. Wait until your face dries and then put on your concealer (apply a little at a time, if you need more then layer it), then you put your foundation on top of the concealer (a light layer) .. then set with a powder (translucent or reg. powder).
That should help with making it blotchy and cakey. You may want to carry around some oil blotting sheets around with you .. Clean and Clear makes good ones or the CVS brand. Carry around a powder for touch ups too.

I need to try the colors before I purchase such an expensive product. Also, are there any other brands similar to Sephora Makeup Forever LLF that can be purchased at Dilliard's or Macy's or one of these type stores??

I've only been able to find it in sephora or on the internet.

Are we allowed to take photos inside Sephora,Nordstrom makeup counters?

...even if we dont buy anything lol bcos i will be taking my cousin tmrw to the mall and I am not sure whether she will buy any but we are planing to take lots of photos and I am planning to take photos inside sephora,nordstomr makeup counters,will they allow?do we need to ask any special permission to them or is it okay if we just take it?

Take it but be courteous and subtle about it. Don't get other people in the shots, try not to use flash.

In where they put the cotton balls, Qtips, there'r 2 bottles, one for alcohol and one for makeup remover. u just hav to put a cotton pad on the lid and press down, it then dispense whatever u put in the bottle... anyone know where i can buy that bottle? Thanks a lot!

Are Sephora Makeups Products Good? What Makeup Do You Use?

I am looking to buy some makeup that works and is of good quality. I would like to try Sephora. Have you used them before? Did you like them if not. What do you currently use?

I work at Sephora! I'm a B.A.
Sephora has very great make ups. Actually that is my favorite brand. Although they are quite expensive.

But they have many different textures. Not like MAC who has only very thick, and Clinique who has very creamy. Sephora has many different textures from Thick to Smear on smooth.
They have a variety of foundation, eye shadows, blushes, bronzers, lipsticks, lip glosses etc.

But the reason over all that they are a very great brand is because Sephora carries "under colors". Which mean they have those HARD to find color eyeshaodws and blushes. They have their own colors which are gorgeous for any look you want.
You should really try them!
